Baseball season is back in Buffalo! The Buffalo Bisons 2024 season is officially in full swing, which means the herd is bringing the heat on and off the field. Whether you’re a die-hard sports fan or just ready to shake off late-winter blues with some fun this spring and summer, Sahlen Field is calling your name. The Buffalo Bisons promotional schedule is jammed packed with epic theme nights, firework displays and big savings.
Fun Happening This Season
You’ll have multiple chances to enjoy some of these upcoming events during Bisons games this season.
Friday Night Fireworks
Friday night fireworks at Sahlen Field have been a favorite summertime tradition in Buffalo since the stadium first opened in 1988! The fridaynightbash!® series is an award-winning fireworks show after every Friday night game, weather permitting. Each Friday also features a theme. Themes coming up this season include:
- Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts Camp Out
- Friendship Bracelet Night
- Olympic Night
- Family Camp Out
- Women In Sports
Make sure to get to the stadium early on these Fridays to enjoy theme night activities and happy hour hosted by Resurgence Brewing. Craft beer and food specials will also be available.
Tops Dog Days at the Park
Between April and September, there will be six chances for you to bring your canine companion with you to the ball game. During Dog Days, a regular admission ticket allows guests to bring their pup free of charge and sit in dog-approved sections. Nearby water stations, a special potty area, and space for dogs to roam and play are also provided.
If you’re thinking about bringing your dog to a Dog Days event, you may want to consider purchasing TREAT tickets instead of regular single-game passes. Guests who purchase TREAT tickets gain entry for themselves and their pup, a free hot dog and Coca-Cola during the game, a free dog treat, and a 25% off coupon good for anything in the gift shop.
Family Fundays
Sundays are for the kids! Every Sunday home game is a designated Family Funday with kids’ activities before and after the game, including the Post Game Kids Run the Bases.
