Mindy Rich is the Chairman of Rich Holdings Inc., the holding company for international food company Rich Products Corporation and all Rich family business enterprises. Prior to becoming chairman, Mindy served as vice chairman and a managing shareholder of Rich Products Corp. In addition, Mindy serves as Executive Chair of Rich Entertainment Group, responsible for overseeing the organization’s baseball, theater, restaurant and travel interests including:
THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS
- In association with Grove Entertainment, REG produced the acclaimed revival of CATS on Broadway, which launched a national tour in January 2019. REG is also a partner in The Band’s Visit, a 2018 Tony Award winner for best musical. REG launched Escape to Margaritaville on Broadway in 2018 and the show, featuring the songs of Jimmy Buffett, embarked on a national tour in October 2019. REG’s other productions include the tour of On Your Feet! and the London production of Company, which also launched on Broadway in 2020. In association with Grove Entertainment, REG produced the electrifying new musical Diana: A True Musical Story on Broadway in 2020. Most recently, also in association with Grove Entertainment, REG produced Good Night, Oscar, starring Sean Hayes which played at the Belasco Theatre on Broadway through the summer of 2023. Water For Elephants had a successful pre-Broadway run at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, GA in June 2023 and will open at the Imperial theatre in March 2024.

Mindy serves on the corporate Board of Directors for M&T Bank Corporation; the Board of Directors of Grove Entertainment; the Fund Advisory Committee for BDT & Company, LLC; and is a member of the Cleveland Clinic Board of Trustees, serving on the Research and Education Committee. Mindy is a Trustee, Member of the Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum. Mindy is also a member of the Culinary Institute of America’s Chairman’s Strategic Advisory Council and Trustee Emeriti. She is active in a wide range of charitable activities.
In 1986, Mindy and her husband, Bob Rich, Jr., founded Western New York United Against Drug and Alcohol Abuse, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting substance abuse and educating children throughout Western New York. Mindy and Bob continue to serve as Chairpersons Emeritus for this important local organization.
Among other charitable activities, Mindy is especially focused on fundraising geared toward finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. Mindy and Bob founded and chair the annual Greater Niagara BassEye Celebrity Challenge that has raised more than $1.3 million for cystic fibrosis research.
Over the years, Mindy has received numerous awards and honors for her work, including the Women’s Foodservice Forum Titan Award (2019), the Distinguished Fellow Award (2015) from Cleveland Clinic’s 1921 Society and the Women’s Foodservice Forum Trailblazer Award (2010).
